I am an Engineering Lead with a passion for building products and leading teams. I have over 10 years of experience in software development, starting with frontend specialization and now managing cross-functional teams across frontend, backend, QA, and DevOps. I balance 50% management with 50% hands-on engineering work, ensuring I stay technical while growing as a leader. I have a strong track record of delivering scalable applications and building high-performing teams.

I am currently based in the Netherlands, working at Okra.ai since 2023. I find inspiration in the country's rich history of innovation and creativity. I am always eager to explore new frameworks, tools, and best practices to stay at the forefront of the ever-evolving tech landscape. I thrive on challenges that push the boundaries of what's possible, and I advocate for user-centric design, clean code, and building engineering culture.
